Axis is the civil engineer for the prototypical Mr. Clean CarWash in the southeast United States, with projects in Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee. In addition to providing site selection, architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil engineering services, Axis is involved in the due-diligence process for each location preparing site investigation reports and conceptual site sketches. Axis provides permitting services including conditional or special use permits and rezonings. Axis also leads all construction management services, including review of shop drawings, navigating field issues and review of as-builts.
