Axis was hired by Keller Williams to develop a 20,000 SF office building for its Eastern Atlanta operation. This facility accommodates 100+ residential agents providing office and meeting space. The project is a modern steel and masonry two-story structure with rooftop entertainment space. Axis is responsible for schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration services. Several floorplans and elevations were developed considering community character and the owner’s interest. Axis provided the architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services.
