Axis Infrastructure has worked with Hampton Manor to identify sites, provide due diligence, entitle, civil and building design, and permit coordination for multiple sites around Florida to provide premium assisted living options to the residents of their respective communities. Hampton Manor develops high-end, single-story facilities that range from 88 to 130 beds. The sites have ranged from 4.5 acres to 7+acres. The facilities are developed to provide extensive courtyard access and premium features for its residents.

In addition to successful planning, site, and building design services, Axis has saved Hampton Manor over a million dollars by preparing site investigation reports and identifying hidden issues with the preferred location that would have resulted in challenges farther down the road. Alternative sites were found, and successful projects moved forward.
