Axis has partnered with a private developer to provide due diligence and design for several 7-Eleven sites in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Florida. Services include but are not limited to, site selection, due diligence, concept, design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration.

All projects include preparing construction drawings to secure a land disturbance and building permit. All project coordination and design services take place in-house. Axis provides architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil design services in-house. Environmental (Phase I and Asbestos), Geotech, and boundary/topo survey services are all completed by outside firms that we have worked with for several years throughout the USA. We typically solicit pricing and schedules from each sub prior to engagement to get our clients the best price and shortest time for delivery.

Efforts have included the design of prototypical and non-prototypical building types. Sites have varied in size from 1.5 acres to 3.5 acres. Extensive storm drainage and utility design were required for each site. Locations developed include Tavernier, FL; Key Largo, FL; Rock Hill, SC (two sites); Myrtle Beach, SC (four sites); and more.
