Internships
Wandering around our eye-catching space, chances are high that you will need help easily identifying the interns. That’s because we have put them to work on real projects, spouting the correct lingo with an eagerness that makes us smile. We call them junior geniuses and shower them with accolades for contributing to project execution and sweet success. We even show our appreciation with a send-off party.
We recognize that the internship program is a critical talent pipeline for Axis. We prioritize participation in college/career fairs so that we can help tomorrow’s superstars experience their chosen field as actual team members. While learning what we do and who we are, they also learn a lot about themselves – who they are and what they want their career path to look like.
